Jessie Higney
Approach and background
In Practice since 2009 working with Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Despair, Intrusive Thoughts, Anger, Sadness, Panic Attacks, Adjustment, Uncertainty, Addiction, Worry, Relationship Problems, Bereavement, Loss, Shame, Guilt, Self Esteem and Self Worth, Low Mood, Self-Harm, Suicidal Thoughts, Meaning of Life, Purpose …. and sometimes it is just about what is it to be you.
I practice as an integrative therapist meaning that I draw upon a variety of therapeutic techniques, dependant on each individual client and what they would like to get out of each session. I offer confidential, safe and reliable space where we can talk and make sense of your current difficulties. Through the establishment of a trustful therapeuticrelationship, we could, together, explore your past formative experiences and future concerns which maybe impacting on your present-day choices and decisions, and in the ways that you form and maintain relationships with others.
Times of struggle and crises can often, also, present real opportunities for growth. With self-awareness and deeper understanding of our motives change comes naturally, spontaneously.
