Oriana Scalzulli
Approach and background
You might be here because you are experiencing emotional difficulties, struggling with stress or relationships. You might be feeling like your life doesn’t correspond to you anymore and you’re not sure where to start to make changes. Or you might be trying to find your own voice, or to navigate major life transitions.
Whatever the reason bringing you here, I offer you a safe and confidential space, where you can feel heard and supported in exploring any issue that matters to you.
I will focus on expanding your awareness as I am convinced this is key to living more fully and to making the changes you wish to make. By working collaboratively with you, I will help you identify unhelpful patterns, and develop new resources and behaviours.
My approach is grounded in a holistic view of the person – mind, body and environment. This enables me to include a sensitivity to social and cultural aspects into my practice.
Depending on your interests, I may offer you the opportunity to use creative methods of exploration of the themes that you wish to bring into therapy, from the use of imagery, to attending to body movements and sensations.
Training, qualifications, and experience

Additionally, I am working towards a MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute, London.
