I support clients’ energy and body towards the flow of a charged battery; putting the body into sport mode to heal from overdrive. We go to deeper levels, beyond layers of trauma to find our inner core and peace. Picking up on the discovery of unhealed places in our body unseen by the human eye or forgotten memories hidden in the subconscious and fascia. This is achieved through gentle, light touches whilst the client relaxes and begins to unfold. Fascia unwinding is also connected to releasing trauma from the tissues, organs, glands, muscles, brain and spinal cord. This treatment is suitable for many symptoms, such as migraines, chronic pain, anxiety, low energy, jaw issues and many more.

Everyone- including babies- are welcome. Cranial-sacral therapy can help soothe the baby’s afterbirth experience reducing stress and/or shock. During treatment, babies can be hugged and fed by their carer, and young children can play- this can help settle their nervous system. Sometimes, the body can take a few days to integrate, so please be patient with your system and allow the process to happen.
